Duties:
Teaching tenth graders English.
Holding the English drama contest for all eleventh graders.
Training students to attend English related competitions such as  “Selection of Young Delegate of Diplomacy for the Republic of China” competition and National Spelling Bee contest.
Instructing the newly established Model United Nations course.
Hosting Singapore, German, and French teachers in cultural exchange programs.
Doing administration at the academic and student affairs office.
Drafting new English courses to apply for the funding program from the Board of Education.

Duties:
Helping ten members of the workshop practice English-speaking, reading, and translating with Biblical context.
Selecting topic-based Biblical Scriptures for students to admire the rhetoric and cultural concepts behind Christianity.
Preparing questions to help students relate the emotions or dilemma in the literature with their daily life.
Designing discussion topics and activities for each meeting.
Managing the finance of the study group and successfully receiving scholarship from NTNU.
2011                Tutored English to students in junior and senior high schools
2011                Assisted a master’s student from Taiwan’s Theological College and Seminary with an English based graduation thesis
2011                Attended the “Taipei College English Self-Study Group Program”, and held an English Self-Study Group at NTNU
Duties:
Assisting eight college students from different departments to sharpen their English speaking, reading and writing skills for academic purpose.
Tailoring assignments for different students.
Grading work and giving concrete feedback to participants.
Documenting the learning process of the study group, and was awarded the second best award from the English department.
2011                Established the Model United Nations (MUN) club in NTNU
Duties:
Organizing training lessons that enables members to obtain negotiation skills required for attending MUN conferences.
2010-2012       Taught English to students of rural regions in the summer camps
